Abstract: The era of algorithms has arrived, and the development of algorithm technology has brought unprecedented opportunities for economic globalization, but also many hidden risks. Currently, algorithm governance is facing dilemmas, making it urgent to enhance awareness of algorithm compliance and strengthen compliance governance within digital enterprises. Enterprise algorithm compliance is a specialized plan that aligns with the demands of the modern era, aimed at improving the dilemmas in algorithm governance, maximizing risk mitigation for digital enterprises, adhering to international standards for the protection of human rights, and enhancing traditional compliance governance methods. The system of enterprise algorithm compliance should include clear guiding principles and regulations. In the future, we can enhance compliance pathways for enterprise algorithms and refine the Chinese compliance solution by optimizing compliance risk assessment and information dissemination mechanisms, improving supervision and enhancement mechanisms for algorithm compliance solutions in enterprises, strengthening external incentive mechanisms for compliance with enterprise algorithms, and establishing a "moral infrastructure" that respects human rights.
