Abstract: The employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers not only reflects their own working status, but also indirectly reflects the employment quality of secondary labor market. This article comprehensively analyses the current employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers, which can objectively grasp the employment status of secondary labor market. On the basis of the employment quality indicators in the relevant literature, combined with the unique characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, this paper establishes a comprehensive multidimensional evaluation index system of employment quality. AHP method is used to comprehensively evaluate the weight of the evaluation index, combined with the fuzzy evaluation method.
