摘要: 文章研究了互联网技术发展和媒体融合背景下高校图书馆用户的碎片化特征及高校图书馆的重聚力量，分析了激发高校图书馆重聚力量的要素及重聚的模式，提出了碎片化与重聚视野下高校图书馆用户服务的应对策略。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the fragmentation characteristics of university library users and the reunion power of university libraries in the background of internet technology development and media convergence, and analyzes the elements and the mode of reunion. Finally, the paper points out the strategies of university library user service.
