Abstract:
This study used Olweus Bullying Questionnaire, Screening for Children Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED) and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC) to investigate peer bullying in left-behind junior middle school students and to explore the relationship between peer bullying and anxiety and depression. The results of the study show that:(1)There is no significant difference between left-behind junior middle school students and non-left-behind junior middle school students in peer bullying, depression and anxiety.(2)There is significant difference in gender and grade, and boys are more prone to bullying, and it tends to decline with grade growth.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between peer bullying and depression and anxiety in left-behind junior middle school students, and the higher the level of bullying, the higher the levels of depression and anxiety.(4)The regression coefficient of depression and anxiety to peer bullying achieves significant level and plays a role in positive forecasting.
