Abstract: Under the background of severe population aging and insufficient other pension modes, home-based Care has become a rational choice to alleviate the pressure of pension and meet the diversified needsof the elderly.Marketization of home-based pension service is an important measure to promote the sustainable development of this mode.J district, N city has made certain achievements by introducing market mechanisms in pension field.However, some problems exist, such as absence of government responsibility, immature social organizations, unreasonable assessment, and project limitations.In order to optimize the supply of pension service mechanism, government, social organizations and third-party evaluators need to work together.
