Abstract: The civil-military integration industry alliance promotes the high aggregation of innovation elements, links up the Military-Political-Industry-University-Research cooperation, and connects the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. It is the key to accelerat the development of Sichuan civil-military integration industry clusters. This article is based on the achievements and problems of Sichuan civil-military integration industry alliance. It puts forward to deepen the understanding of the connotation of civil-military integration industrial alliance, strengthen the overall planning of civil-military integration industrial alliance, and innovate the supply system of civil-military integration industrial alliance so as to promote the high-quality development of civil-military integration industrial alliance.
