Abstract: The rebels of Wittgenstein's directly leads him to the proposal of "logical analysis for philosophy, picture theory, game theory, use theory, anti-essentialism" respectively in his early and late period, which has not only made a stir in the philosophical circle, thus forming and promoting the linguistic turn, but also forced the rise of semantics and pragmatics in the linguistic circle. The author thinks that his theory in the late period has also become one of the theoretical resources for Post-modernist Philosophy(including Embodied Philosophy) and Cognitive Linguistics (CL).The present paper mainly deals with a detailed analysis of the connection between Wittgenstein's late theory and Post-modernist Philosophy and its promotion to CL, and elaborates on his special contribution to linguistic philosophy and Post-modernist Philosophy from his relevant viewpoints.
