Abstract: Some problems like copyright infringements and orphan works wildly exist in current internet copyright protection field.The major cause is that it is difficult to identify the right author for internet works.The key to identify the right of network authors is to determine who has the prior rights, thus the blockchain technology, which has the characteristics of non-tampering and recording the start time, will have great potential to apply its existence proof function to the field of network copyright.Meanwhile, the application of blockchain in the field of copyright ownership and trading needs to be regulated by law in terms of the validity of blockchain data evidence, the duration of intellectual property protection, whether the intelligent contract is an electronic contract, and the relationship with the existing registration system.
