Abstract: The old-age pension and medical problems brought about by aging population need to be solved urgently. The "medical-nursing integration" pension service is a policy innovation to solve this problem in China.Anhui Province has formed a number of different models in response to the policy of "medical-nursing integration". The efficiency of these various models of old-age service is a matter of close concern to all sectors of society. This paper uses expert evaluation method to construct the service efficiency evaluation index system of the "medical-nursing integration" old-age service model, and evaluates the efficiency of the main "medical-nursing integration" model of the old-age service in Anhui through field research. It finds that the overall efficiency of "medical-nursing integration" old-age service in Anhui is rather low, while the "nursing in medicine" model is the most efficient one, in which preventive health care service and rehabilitation nursing services are the two most efficient modules. The "nursing with medicine" model has obvious advantages in facility environment, quantity and quality of service personnel, while the " nursing-medical cooperation" model is superior to other models in terms of rules and regulations and spiritual consolation for the elderly.Four things can be done to improve the service efficiency of the old-age service model of "medical-nursing integration": establishing the service concept of "medical-nursing integration"; increasing the promotion of "medical-nursing integration" policy; upgrading the skills of medical-nursing service personnel and improving infrastructure; analyzing one's own resources so as to choose the best service model.
