Abstract: Harmonious financial development is a financial operation state or a financial growing process, in which people have a positive and sustainable interaction with human, economy, and society.Harmonious financial development involves three relationships: relationship between financial ecology and scientific finance, between financial ecology and cyclic finance, between scientific finance and cyclic finance.In the development of harmonious finance, the Financial Ecology is the constraint; Scientific Finance is the basic way; and Cyclic Finance is the model.All these are interdependent and interactive with each other, and finally constitute the "Trinity" harmonious financial system.
