基于政治参与视角的村委会选举影响因素研究——以台州市路桥区四个城中村村委会换届选举的实证研究为例

On Factors Influencing the Election of Village Committee From the Perspective of Political Participation—Taking the Village-in-city of Luqiao District in Taizhou City as an Example

摘要: 研究当前受城市化影响较大的城中村村委会换届选举, 是一项较为迫切的现实课题。该研究对于今后更好地指导城中村的村委会换届、推进基层民主有着重要的实践价值。本文通过对台州市路桥区四个样本城中村2011年村委会换届选举的实证研究, 从政治参与的视角, 分析了经济因素、组织因素、选民素质因素和人际关系因素对城中村村民参与村委会选举的影响, 并就城中村村委会选举的完善提出建议。

Abstract: Study on the election of village committee of village-in-city under the influence of urbanization is an urgent and realistic subject.It has important practical value to better guide the election of village-in-city committee and to promote grassroots democracy for the future.Through an empirical study based on committee election in 4 samples of village-in-city of Luqiao district in Taizhou city, this article analyzes the economic factors, organizational factors, voters'quality factors and social forms of villages from the perspective of political participation, which influence the villagers participation in village committee election, and make recommendations to the perfection of the village-in-city committee election.
