人性化视阈下提高思想政治教育的有效性探析

The Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education from the Humane Perspective

摘要: 在今天, 社会转型的深化、新型媒体的普及、人的自我意识的增强以及以人为本理念渐入人心等, 决定了要提高思想政治教育的有效性, 就必须使思想政治教育向人性化方向转变。但目前思想政治教育呈现出的一定程度的空洞化、教育方法的填鸭式灌输和教育评价的单维向度化等, 妨碍了其有效性的发挥。因此, 必须使思想政治教育向注重社会价值与个人价值的统一、人文关怀模式以及评价的多维向度的方向转变, 以体现教育内容、方法和评价的人性化, 从而切实提高思想政治教育的有效性。

Abstract: Nowadays, the deepening of social transformation, expansion of new media, awakening of self-consciousness and human-oriented concept promote the ideological and political education to shift towards humanistic education.However, the homogeneous educational objectives, indoctrinated method and single dimension evaluation decrease the effect of modern ideological and political education.To activate efficiency of ideological and political education, we must push forward the transformation of such education towards an all-round human development combining personal value with social value in the humanistic care model and in multi dimension, so as to realize the humanization of educational objectives, content, method and evaluation.
