论民族商事习惯的内涵属性

On Connotation Properties of Ethnic Commercial Custom

  • 摘要: 从实践看,民族商事习惯蕴含多种内涵属性,主要包括:习惯内涵属性,道德内涵属性,民事内涵属性,商事内涵属性和民族内涵属性。民族商事习惯所具有的这些内涵属性,有利于促进民族地区的经济交易效率,有利于提升民族类交易的法治品质,有利于优化特定民族地区的社会经济秩序。

     

    Abstract: From the standpoint of practice, Ethnic Commercial Custom(ECC) contains many connotation attribute, which mainly includes: custom, moral, civil, commercial and ethnic connotation attribute. Therefore, the connotation attributes of ECC are conducive to promote ethnic economy efficiency of transaction, enhance ethnic trading quality, and optimize social economic order in the specific ethnic regions.
