Abstract: In order to improve the education quality of private vocational colleges, this paper presents the school-joint education and cooperation mechanism of private vocational colleges in China, and the mechanism is as follows:(1) taking the employment as the guidance, constructing the operation mechanism of educational form and social structure with the construction of multi-level, multi direction, multi structure of school-enterprise joint running and two-way dialogue; (2) in a professional construction bond, constructing the three-way dialogue operation mechanism of producing-learning-teaching as the carrier of the teaching platform and the curriculum system; (3) relying on the enterprises, constructing the three way-bidirectional butt-dialogue operation mechanism with occupation factories as the carrier of production-learning, production-teaching and learning-teaching practice base.
