Abstract:
Problems exist in legal responsibility of China's anti-monopoly law from law and economics perspective, such as incompletion of subject and type of legal responsibility, lack of efficiency and incentive of investigating violators, and low cost of breaking the law. To perfect the legal liability of anti-monopoly law in our country, the attribute of economic man of market subjects should be restrained, and following measures should be taken: Firstly, subject of legal responsibility should be increased. Secondly, form of responsibility should be improved. Thirdly, investigating violators should be strengthened. Lastly, cost of breaking the law should be increased.
