国际服务外包业发展与外语人才的能力素质相关性研究——以中德工业服务区为例

Correlational Researches on the Competence Quality of Foreign Language Talents for International Service Outsourcing Industry—Taking Sino-German Industrial Service Zone as the Research Object

摘要: 国际服务外包业的迅猛发展对高等院校人才尤其是外语人才的能力素质培养提出了新的要求。本文以心理学家斯班瑟能力素质模型为理论指导，以中德工业服务区外语人才(大学毕业生)为研究对象，从学习能力素质与知识面、综合运用能力素质以及职商能力素质三方面进行实证研究，探讨国际服务外包业发展需求与外语人才能力素质的相关性，以期建立起高等院校、企业和行业紧密结合的人才培养机制，提升与国际服务外包业发展相适应的外语人才的能力素质。

Abstract: The rapid development of international service outsourcing industry has put forward new requirements for cultivating foreign language talents. Under the theory of American psychologist Lyle.M.Spencer, the text takes the workers(college graduates) of Sino-German Industrial Service Zone as the research object for the empirical studies on the correlational research between foreign languages talents and the international service outsourcing industry from the following aspects: the learning ability, professional structure and comprehensive ability and career quotient. So that the cultivation model weaving together colleges and universities with enterprises and industries can be established for the purpose of cultivating the competence qualities consistent with the development of service outsourcing industry
