Abstract: Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Area wad the second largest among the Soviet Areas. While actively engaged in the combats, it attached great importance to its economic development, which could be easily seen in its reports on economic work. Based on the analyses of its guidelines for economic police and the paper re-recognizes and re-evaluates the significance of its economic development and relevant report on it.
