Abstract: Many famous criminal cases have occurred in recent years, such as Deng Yujiao case, Liang Li 'picking up' gold jewelry case, Sun Weiming drunk driving case, five officials' prostitution case in Xishui, etc.The handling of such cases set good examples to legal professionals for dealing with future complicated cases with the rigor of the law.However, some underlying problems hide deep in theoretical criminal law and need in-depth studies by criminal law researchers.
