The Study of System Structure and Key Technology for Quality Control Based on Multiple Management Models

  • 摘要: 将ISO9000管理模式与现代质量管理工具QFD、FMEA、SPC进行集成,形成了一个集多种管理模式优点于一体的综合质量管理模式,将此模式作用在产品研制的不同阶段中,并建立相应的体系结构。体系结构中的每个阶段之间存在复杂的信息交流,在模型应用方面将每个研制阶段作为一个Agent来进行管理,最后对体系结构中的关键技术进行了研究。

     

    Abstract: ISO9000 management model and modern quality control management tools, such as QFD、FMEA、SPC, have been integrated, then formed into a comprehensive quality control model, which has been utilized in different phases and then established the corresponding system structure. At the same time, complex information exchange exists in each phase of the system structure and in the aspect of model utilization, each phase is considered as an agent. At the end, the key technology of the system structure has been researched.
