Abstract: Reform and innovation of administrative body of procuratorial committee has become important measures to promote the efficiency and quality in discussing official business, which is also an important element of deepening the reform of the judicial system. Study on working mechanism of administrative body should establish within the scope of the dual attributes of procuratorial committee, based on function as core, remodeling the function of service, management and supervision. At present, there are still obvious problems that limit the administrative body's function, such as inaccurate institutional settings, incongruity of performance and omission of duty. The key of standardization depends on reasonable organization, clear division of responsibilities and perfect service, management, supervision and restriction mechanism.
