Abstract: In order to deepen litigation and conciliation dispute resolution mechanism, a new form of the people's courts participating in social management innovation should be explored. Therefore, giving full play to the function of settling disputes of the people's courts on the basis of ensuring them to perform their duty to legally resolve disputes. This thesis empirically dwells on the operating dispute resolution mechanism of docking litigation and conciliation practicing in the courts of P court of S province, offering an analysis of the problems and causes of the existing in the dispute resolution of docking litigation and conciliation. And some advices on how to improve the operating resolution dispute mechanism of docking litigation and conciliation are aslo given.
