Abstract: Computer-aided Testing (CAT) System is a landmark in the history of Putonghua Proficiency Test (PPT). CAT has been a major social concern since its promotion. This paper makes a deep discussion from three aspects: the application of current CAT, the problem existing in CAT, and the countermeasures for CAT problems.
