Abstract:
In this paper, from the perspective of super contract, we study the incentive problem of teachers in engineering colleges under the background of new economic normality, based on the survey data of 2011—2013 years in engineering colleges, and analyze the effect of title promotion and reputation incentive respectively on the job performance. The research shows that: The title promotion, reputation has a certain role of the teacher's work, from specific point of view, the incentive effect of title has "time effect", more reflected as "exante incentive"; and the reputation of the incentive effect of teacher work is relatively "sustainable", but the scope of the reputation incentive is more focused on the job level of teachers. The study provides empirical support for the further optimization of teacher incentive mechanism, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for solving the problems of the current engineering college teachers' mentality "no mind and no power input teaching and research".
