Abstract: The accountability system for misjudged criminal cases is key to impose the lifelong responsibility for such misjudgments. But the inadequacy in the present accountability system for misjudged criminal cases disturbs judicial independence and does harm to judges' legal professional rights and interest. Therefore, establishing the standard and clarifying the subject and procedure for misjudged criminal cases are prior to the perfection of accountability system for misjudged criminal cases.
