摘要: 在今天, 网络已成为社会舆情最集中、最活跃之地, 而网络舆情的爆发常与快速更新的网络新词汇相联系, 因为, 网络新词汇总是产生于社会热点事件之中; 并且, 事实证明, 网络语言有着从网络世界向现实世界的强大渗透力和影响力。显然, 网络新词已经成为研究舆情信息的重要内容。所以, 加强对网络词汇的研究, 及时根据网络新词汇, 准确研判网络的舆情动态, 从而确保在第一时间对网络的热点、焦点与敏感话题作出反应, 对于提高网络舆情的监控分析和预警能力, 进而提高处置网络突发事件的能力, 确保社会的稳定安全具有十分重要的意义。为此, 本文就网络新词汇的产生与使用及其与网络舆情的关系进行了系统研究。Abstract: It seems that the internet is the best tool to show public opinions, and the outbreak of public opinion is mostly related to the new web words and expressions because they are always the social hotspots.Moreover, as is known, the web words and expressions have great influence on the real world.Thus, the study on the new web words and expressions is an important part of the public opinion research, which helps to accurately judge the dynamic online public opinions.The monitoring and early warning capacity for online public opinions is significant to ensure the social stability by improving the quick respond in emergency.This research makes systematic study on the appearance and usage of the new web words and expressions, and its relationship with the online public opinions.
