关于提升产学研协同创新知识共享意愿的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Industry-University-Research Institute Synergetic Innovation Knowledge Sharing

  • 摘要: 为提升产学研协同创新知识共享意愿, 本研究采用调查问卷法,基于自我决定理论建构结构方程模型,探讨外部激励因素对产学研协同创新知识共享意愿的影响及作用机理。其中外部激励因素选取了信任、互惠和奖励。研究结果表明:信任通过促进人际关系提升知识共享意愿;互惠显著正向影响自我效能和人际关系,从而提升知识共享意愿;奖励,一方面通过促进自我效能提升知识共享意愿,另一方面由于产学研协同创新的目的是为了共同创造经济利益,因此在产学研协同创新知识共享中,奖励不但没有削弱自主感知,反而显著正向影响自主感知,从而提升知识共享意愿。

     

    Abstract: Based on the self-determination theory, this study proposes a structural equation modeling to research extrinsic incentives(trust, reciprocity and reward) which exert influences on IUR knowledge sharing. The study indicates that trust strengthens interpersonal relationship and enhance knowledge sharing. To achieve this, reciprocity and reward has to enhance self-efficacy. Interestingly, in the process of IUR knowledge sharing, this study finds that reward positively affects perceived autonomy to enhance knowledge sharing instead of alleviating it.
