Abstract:
Chengdu is one of the pilot areas of rural land circulation in China. This paper firstly summarizes the experience of rural land circulation in Chengdu, and then analyzes the problems and causes in the process under the guidance of the third Plenary Session of the 17th Communist Party of China Central Committee. The important problems include rural land property rights, expectations and interests of the farmers. Finally, it provides recommendations to regulate the rural land circulation.
