Abstract: In the travel contract, the providers of the tourism auxiliary services help the travel agencies to perform their obligations. Although they are not the parties concerned of the contract, they play very important role in the achievement of the contract purpose and the personal safety and the property safety. At first, this essay introduces the legal meaning, regulations and theories. Then, it analyzes the legal requirements of the providers of the tourism auxiliary services. Otherwise, it discusses the theories of "possibility of intervention is necessary" and "possibility of intervention is not necessary". Finally, it analyzes the providers' legal responsibilities in different types and discusses the concurrence of the liability.
