Abstract:
Using the analysis method of Modern Econometrics and the Chinese statistical yearbook data from 1995-2015, the impact of scientific research input on scientific and technological innovation has been analyzed empirically in China.The analysis results show that there is a long-term stable and positive relationship among scientific and technological human capital, R&D capital and scientific and technological innovation, the bigger proportion of R&D personnel in employment and the proportion of R&D capital in GDP, more patent applications R&D personnel have, bigger proportion of technology market turnover in GDP.Scientific and technological human capital and R&D capital are important factors to promote scientific and technological innovation.On this basis, countermeasures are put forward to increase steadily scientific research input to promote the ability of scientific and technological innovation in China.
