Abstract:
Social education was one of the important content in Su Shi's
Ce Bie. In the book, he proposed a complete set of socialeducation ideals covering the main purposes, core content, means of implementation and effect evaluation, which fully embodied hispolitical thoughts and ideals of combining politics and social education. But different from the pre-Qin Confucian who laid stress onindividual moral self-discipline, Su Shi attached more importance to national social education and its legislative guarantee.
